Imbedded as part of our website MusicInMotionEntertainment.com is a online planning system which allows the user the opportunity to organize their reception, ceremony and music lists. It’s 100% online and features a music library of over 1 million songs in a cloud based network so people can listen to song samples as part of their research. The system also has music charts for all of the various parts of a wedding ceremony and reception giving our clients the chance to target their research for their exact needs. From our “Cake Cutting” list to ” Last Dance” list, the simplification will save folks tons of time and stress during the wedding planning process!
Our online event planning system is activated immediately upon a reservation and contract signing with Music In Motion Entertainment. So, our clients have all the time necessary to work with our system. At the 6 week mark before the wedding our office will send out a reminder e-mail to schedule the “pre-wedding interview.” During this final meeting to prepare for the wedding we often encourage our couples to print out the forms using our online planner and bring them in for the meeting. During the pre-wedding interview our staff will review all aspects of the wedding and have the couple make notes on their paperwork. The final meeting is our opportunity to offer an assist and make completing the forms easy. The couple then goes home after the meeting to make final changes and/or alterations to the on-line system and make a final submission before the system locks out at the 2 week mark before the wedding.
Clearly, this is our way of exceeding expectations and giving our valued clients something more and something helpful.
